Project Overview
Two AI-produced short film concepts developed for Musinsa's annual Mujinjang Summer Sale campaign. The competition invited participants to create 5 to 30 second AI-generated ads using Musinsa's official key visual. Total prize pool: 20 million KRW. Judges included comedian and creator Yoo Byung-jae, strategist Yoo Gyu-seon, storyteller Won Ui Dok Baek, and AI production house BAKERS.
Creative Direction
Two distinct creative directions were developed and submitted — one emotional and cinematic, one absurdist and comedic — each built entirely with AI tools from concept to final delivery.

The Drawer

A wooden dresser. A fixed top-down camera. Hands of different ages pulling clothes from the same drawer. A child's yellow gym uniform. A student's white shirt. A youth's oversized hoodie. A father's hiking vest. No dialogue. No cuts. Just time passing through fabric. The final drawer opens to reveal the Mujinjang key visual, because every stage of life leads back to the clothes that defined it.
Narration, color grading, and sound design were developed to evoke the warmth of Japanese analog film photography, drawing on Fujifilm 400H tones and the quiet emotional register of classic Japanese advertising.

A school auditorium. A fashion king takes the stage. One by one, the outfits change. The students react. The energy builds. At the peak of it all, the Mujinjang key visual drops and the title shifts. Not fashion king. Mujinjang king. Inspired by the Korean webtoon Fashion King by 기안84, the concept reframes the original character's obsessive pursuit of style as a celebration of everyone's inner fashion king, unlocked the moment Mujinjang opens.
Produced entirely with AI tools, maintaining character consistency across multiple scene transitions through iterative prompt engineering and reference-based generation.
